Criminal Procedure – motion for further review

Jamie D. Bowens, pro se, appeals from an order of the circuit court that denied his motion “for further review” of a denied motion that sought reconsideration of an order denying Bowens’ Wis. Stat. § 974.06 motion. The circuit court determined that the motion was barred by State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994). We affirm. This opinion shall not be published.
