Criminal Procedure — judicial bias — ineffective assistance

Exavier Lao appeals a judgment convicting him of armed robbery, as party to a crime, and an order denying his postconviction motion seeking a new trial or resentencing. We reject Lao’s contentions that the trial court demonstrated judicial bias, his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance, the State withheld impeachment evidence, and the trial court relied on inaccurate information and improper factors at sentencing. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
