Sentencing — accurate information

Cas Martin appeals a judgment convicting him of two counts of armed robbery as a party to a crime and an order denying postconviction relief. Martin argues he is entitled to resentencing because he was sentenced based on inaccurate information. We conclude Martin has failed to show that the sentencing court actually relied on inaccurate information. We therefore affirm. This opinion will not be published.
