Evidence — expert testimony — medical malpractice

Tina Rupert appeals an order dismissing her medical negligence action. Rupert argues the trial court erroneously applied the Daubert standard when determining whether her medical expert established the standard of care. We reject Rupert’s argument and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
