Criminal Procedure — self-representation

Richard Dale Mason, Jr., appeals from an order of the trial court denying his request to represent himself and denying his request for a new trial, and from an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Mason contends that the trial court erred in determining him incompetent to represent himself. We affirm. This opinion shall not be published.
