Family – contempt — attorney fees

Mehrdad (Mike) Kajian appeals from an order finding him in contempt of court for failing to make payments of child support, equalization, and attorney fees, and issuing a judgment against him in the amount of $106,717.60. He argues that the circuit court erred in finding him in contempt because (1) he was entitled to, but did not receive, personal service of the notice of contempt hearing and (2) his failure to make the ordered payments was not willful or intentional. He also contends the court erred in awarding his ex-wife, Paula Mansholt, $106,717.60 for attorney and accounting fees. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
