Sexually Violent Persons — discharge petitions

Alfred Riley appeals an order that denied his petition for discharge from a Chapter 980 commitment. The sole issue on appeal is whether Riley was entitled to a hearing on his discharge petition. For the reasons discussed below, we conclude that he was not. Accordingly, we affirm the circuit court’s order. This opinion will not be published.
