Criminal Procedure — right to unanimous verdict

Julian L. Perez appeals from a judgment convicting him, after a jury trial, of possession of a firearm by a felon in violation of Wis. Stat. § 941.29(2) (2011-12).[1] On appeal Perez contends that he was denied his constitutional right to a unanimous verdict and that the trial court improperly amended the felon in possession charge. We affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
