Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

Adamis Figueroa appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered upon a jury’s verdict, for first-degree sexual assault of a child. On appeal, Figueroa complains both that he received ineffective assistance of trial counsel and that he deserves a new trial in the interest of justice. His claims are without merit and we affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
