Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

Nathaniel J. Richmond, Jr., pro se, appeals from an amended judgment of conviction for three counts of armed robbery as a party to a crime, contrary to Wis. Stat. §§ 943.32(2) and 939.05 (2009-10). He argues that his confession should have been suppressed for several reasons and that he was denied the effective assistance of trial counsel. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
