Criminal
Sentencing – modification — new factors
David L. appeals from an order denying his motion for sentence modification. He argues that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion when it found that even though David L. had established the existence of a new factor, sentence modification was not warranted. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
