Municipalities – appeal — notice

Brandon Michaels, pro se, appeals the dismissal of his appeal of a municipal court conviction for disorderly conduct. Because Michaels failed to properly notify the City of West Allis of his appeal to the trial court as required by Wis. Stat. § 800.14, this court concludes that the trial court appropriately dismissed his appeal. This opinion will not be published.
