Evidence — unfair prejudice — drug use

Jeffrey Halida appeals convictions for driving while intoxicated and driving with a prohibited blood alcohol concentration. Halida contends that testimony regarding his use of prescription narcotics unfairly prejudiced him at trial. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
