Juvenile — child custody – CHIPS — dismissed as improvidently granted

This case pits the putative adoptive parents of a three-year-old girl. She was place with the adoptive parents from her birth until she was 10 months old. Her biological parents also seek custody. The child currently resides in a foster home and has two guardians ad litem.  A jury trial in the TPR is scheduled for January.

The court said that it appeared that the Circuit Court judges could resolve the issues and that the review should be dismissed as improvidently granted.
