Wisconsin Court of Appeals
Criminal
Sentencing– postconviction motion
Jimmy L. Williams appeals from a judgment of conviction and an order denying his postconviction motion. He contends that the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion at sentencing by placing too much emphasis on his conduct in another case. We reject Williams’ claim and affirm the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
