Criminal Procedure – unlawful stop

Sandra Biancardi appeals her conviction after a court trial for driving while intoxicated. She contends that the police officer did not have lawful authority to stop her because the stop was predicated on an uncorroborated anonymous tip. We reject her arguments and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
