PTAC — sufficiency of the evidence — jury instructions

Roland Derliel Graham appeals a judgment of conviction, following a jury trial, of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (THC) as a party to a crime. Graham argues that the trial court erroneously denied his motion to suppress evidence, issued misleading jury instructions, and erroneously answered a question from the jury. We disagree and affirm the trial court. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
