Family — child support — modification

Ryan Reetz appeals an order denying his motion to modify his child support obligation. The circuit court denied Ryan’s motion to modify his child support obligation based on its construction of the marital settlement agreement entered into by Ryan and his former wife, Jennifer Reetz. Ryan argues that the circuit court erred when it denied his motion to modify his child support obligation because the circuit court misconstrued a subsection of the marital settlement agreement. We agree, and therefore reverse and remand. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
