Tax — estoppel

King’s Enterprises of Wausau, Inc. appeals a circuit court order that affirmed, upon judicial review under Chapter 227 (2011-12) of the Wisconsin Statutes, a tax liability decision of the Wisconsin Tax Appeals Commission. The sole issue on appeal is whether the commission’s factual findings regarding estoppel were supported by substantial evidence in the record. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
