Sentencing — discretion

Rodney Vincent McToy pled guilty to two charges of misdemeanor bail jumping involving domestic abuse for not complying with the terms of his release. He claims that the circuit court erroneously exercised its sentencing discretion, and appeals both the judgment and the order denying his motion for postconviction relief. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
