Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

Rae R. Rivera appeals a judgment, entered upon a jury’s verdict, convicting him of first-degree reckless injury. He also appeals orders rejecting his claims that he is entitled to postconviction relief because he received allegedly ineffective assistance from his trial counsel. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
