Criminal Procedure — successive appeals — new trials — newly discovered evidence

Charles Eggenberger appeals an order denying his postconviction motion for a new trial based on newly discovered evidence. We conclude Eggenberger’s motion was procedurally barred, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 974.06(4). We also conclude Eggenberger’s newly discovered evidence claim fails on the merits. We therefore affirm. This opinion will not be published.
