Torts – negligence — FELA
Victor Stock appeals a judgment in favor of Wisconsin Central, LTD, on Stock’s negligence claims under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA). Stock argues numerous evidentiary errors and inadequate jury instructions entitle him to a new trial. We reject Stock’s arguments and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
