Motor Vehicles – OWI — reasonable suspicion — field sobriety tests

Kenneth Burmeister appeals a judgment of conviction for operating while intoxicated, third offense. Burmeister argues the circuit court erred by denying his suppression motion because the officer lacked reasonable suspicion to prolong the traffic stop to request field sobriety tests. We disagree, and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
