Wisconsin Court of Appeals
Criminal
Motor Vehicles – OWI — reasonable suspicion — field sobriety tests

Burmeister argues the circuit court erred by denying his suppression motion because the officer lacked reasonable suspicion to prolong the traffic stop to request field sobriety tests. We disagree, and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
