Civil Procedure – personal jurisdiction

This appeal arises out of a civil action for conversion initiated by Wisconsin resident Connie Kennedy against California resident John Kennedy. The sole issue on appeal is whether the circuit court properly dismissed the action for lack of personal jurisdiction. For the reasons discussed below, we conclude that John lacked sufficient contacts with this state to satisfy due process. Accordingly, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
