Property – snow removal responsibility

Calumet County (the County) appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to the Town of Harrison (the Town). The County contends the court erred in its conclusion that because the County owns the land upon which the sidewalk at issue in this case is located, the Town, in which the sidewalk also is located, is not responsible for removal of snow and ice upon the sidewalk. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
