Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance of counsel

Adrian O. Cotton appeals a judgment of conviction entered after a jury found him guilty of second-degree sexual assault of a child. He also appeals an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. He claims that his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to call a witness on his behalf and for failing to object to the State’s closing argument. We reject his contentions and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
