Criminal Procedure – armed robbery – postconviction motion for resentencing

Curtis Dawayne Butler appeals a judgment of conviction for two counts of armed robbery with the use of force as party to a crime, entered after his guilty plea. He also appeals an ordering denying his postconviction motion for resentencing or sentence modification. Butler believes the circuit court erroneously exercised its sentencing discretion and imposed a harsh and excessive sentence. We reject Butler’s arguments and affirm. This opinion shall not be published.
