Municipalities — building code violations

Ray Peterson appeals pro se from a circuit court order affirming a municipal court order finding him guilty on nine of eleven alleged violations of the City of Madison ordinances, Chapter 27 (“Minimum Housing and Property Maintenance Code”), and imposing forfeitures for the violations plus costs and assessments totaling $21,993.90. As explained in further detail below, Peterson fails to make any meritorious argument on appeal.

I therefore affirm the circuit court’s order. This opinion will not be published.
