Evidence — other acts

Michael Haydon appeals a criminal judgment convicting him of first-degree intentional homicide. Haydon contends that he is entitled to a new trial based on the circuit court’s admission of other acts evidence. We conclude that the challenged evidence was properly admitted, and affirm the judgment of conviction. This opinion will not be published.
