A Milwaukee criminal defense attorney, facing her fourth misconduct complaint in three years, has formally denied the most recent allegations made against her, according to court filings.

Bridget Boyle-Saxton, of Boyle, Boyle & Boyle SC, refuted the 15 charges the Office of Lawyer Regulation filed in July, which stem from allegedly mishandling cases involving five clients in the last several years.

The most recent case was referred to a referee on Friday.

Boyle-Saxton was barred from practicing law in the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in 2012 for abandoning a client and not responding to a judge’s order to show cause.

She has two other pending OLR complaints in front of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Boyle-Saxton did not return a message seeking comment.
