Criminal Procedure — right to testify

Angelica Nelson appeals a judgment, entered upon a jury’s verdict, convicting her of three counts of second-degree sexual assault of the same child. Nelson also appeals the order denying her motion for postconviction relief. Nelson argues the trial court’s refusal to allow her to testify warrants a new trial. We reject this argument and affirm the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
