Contracts — damages

This is a breach of contract case in which Greenbriar Apartments, LLC, appeals a judgment awarding Advantage Private Cable compensatory damages, plus interest, attorneys’ fees and costs, for Greenbriar’s breach of a cable television contract. On appeal, Greenbriar challenges the circuit court’s subject matter jurisdiction, the court’s interpretation of the contract, the court’s award of damages, and the court’s denial of Greenbriar’s motion to amend the pleadings. We affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
