Criminal Procedure – New trials – newly discovered evidence – ineffective assistance

Nicholas Stone appeals from a judgment of conviction and an order denying his postconviction motion. He contends that he is entitled to a new trial based upon newly discovered evidence and ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We reject Stone’s claims and affirm the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
