Sexually Violent Persons — supervised release

Tod Bergemann appeals an order rejecting the parties’ stipulation for supervised release from his Wis. Stat. ch. 980 commitment. Bergemann asserts the circuit court improperly linked the statutory requirements for supervised release to completion of a particular treatment phase at Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center. We conclude the court properly applied the statutory criteria, and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
