Sentencing — repeater enhancement

James Wallace appeals those parts of a judgment of conviction that sentenced him as a repeater for substantial battery and disorderly conduct. He also appeals an order denying his postconviction motion to reduce the sentences for those offenses by removing the repeater enhancer. He contends the State failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was a repeater under Wis. Stat. § 939.62(2).We reject that argument and affirm the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
