Municipalities — default judgment

Kray Burkart, pro se, appeals an order denying his motion to vacate a default judgment. Burkart argues the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion by denying his motion to vacate the judgment. We reject Burkart’s arguments and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
