Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

Robert Lee Artic, Sr., pro se, appeals the order denying his Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2011-12) motion for postconviction relief. Artic argues his postconviction counsel was ineffective for failing to argue his trial counsel was ineffective in a number of ways. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
