Glendale Stewart, pro se, appeals a small claims court order dismissing, with prejudice, his claims against Sharon Dvorak, Sharon’s husband Dean Dvorak, and their insurer, Geico Insurance, to recover for injuries he alleged he sustained in a motor vehicle/bicycle accident.
