Criminal Procedure — plea withdrawal — ineffective assistance

Vidal D. Mason, pro se, appeals a judgment entered upon his no-contest plea to felony murder. He also appeals a postconviction order denying his motion to withdraw his plea to the charge. He argues that the plea colloquy was defective and that his trial counsel was ineffective. We reject his arguments and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
