Sentencing; Modification; new factors

Tareyton Pierson, pro se, appeals a circuit court order denying his motion for sentence modification. He also appeals the order denying reconsideration. He claims that his continued confinement beyond his presumptive mandatory release date is a new factor warranting relief from his sentence. We disagree and affirm the orders of the circuit court.

Affirmed.
