Wisconsin Court of Appeals
Civil
Evidence — attorney-client privilege — attorney disqualification
The State Bank of Florence appeals a money judgment entered following a bench trial at which the circuit court determined the Bank wrongfully dishonored two letters of credit held by Florence County Forestry and Parks. The Bank asserts the court should have found fraud in the transaction and erred when it denied the Bank’s request to call the Florence County corporation counsel as a witness. We reject the Bank’s arguments and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
