Wisconsin Court of Appeals
Civil
Civil Procedure — expert witnesses — scheduling orders
Gayle Schmitt appeals a money judgment entered in favor of Citizens Bank of Mukwonago. Schmitt defaulted on a promissory note and the circuit court concluded that she was personally liable pursuant to a guaranty it found she had signed. We hold that the court properly exercised its discretion in not allowing Schmitt to name a new handwriting expert beyond the scheduling order deadlines. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
