Torts – causation — expert testimony

West Bend Mutual Insurance Company appeals a money judgment entered in an automobile-accident personal injury action involving its insured, Muriel De Namur. West Bend seeks a new trial under Wis. Stat. § 805.15(1), asserting the trial court erroneously submitted part of Roland Bocheck’s claims to the jury without expert causation evidence. We agree that, with respect to his right knee injury, expert testimony was required. Accordingly, we reverse in part and remand for a new trial concerning Roland’s damages. This opinion will not be published.
