Sentencing — accurate information

Lovell J. Day appeals a judgment convicting him of one count of substantial battery and one count of second-degree sexual assault. He also appeals an order denying his motion to modify his sentence. Day argues: (1) that the circuit court relied on inaccurate information in sentencing him; and (2) that he is entitled to resentencing based on a psychological assessment done by the Wisconsin Resource Center. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
