KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) — A Wisconsin lawyer has pleaded guilty to his fifth drunken driving offense.

Sixty-two-year-old Charles Labanowsky of Kenosha also pleaded guilty Thursday to three counts of bail jumping.

Labanowsky was arrested for drunken driving in April 2012, when he was found unresponsive behind the wheel after his car jumped a curb. Court records say his blood-alcohol concentration was 0.39 percent, nearly five times Wisconsin’s legal limit of 0.08 percent.

Labanowsky posted $5,000 cash for his release from jail on that charge. While out on bond, he was charged with 10 counts of bail jumping.

After Labanowsky pleaded guilty to the four charges, the remaining counts were dismissed.

Defense attorney Frank Parise said Labanowsky will voluntarily give up his law license.

The Kenosha News reports sentencing is set for Aug. 8.
