In this foreclosure action, Debra S. and John H. Raschke appeal from a grant of summary judgment in favor of Bank of America, N.A. The Raschkes argue that the circuit court erred in dismissing their counterclaims and sua sponte entering a judgment of foreclosure against them. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
