Criminal Procedure — breach of plea agreement

Aaron L. Wood seeks resentencing on the grounds that the plea agreement he entered into with the State was materially and substantially breached by the prosecutor’s comments at sentencing and that his counsel was ineffective in failing to object to those comments. Because we conclude that the prosecutor’s comments did not materially and substantially breach the plea agreement and, therefore, Wood’s counsel was not ineffective in failing to object, we affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
