Miller Homes of Hudson, LLC, Samuel Miller, and Leo and Monica Draveling (collectively “Miller Homes”) appeal a foreclosure summary judgment in favor of Associated Bank National Association. Miller Homes argues genuine issues of material fact preclude summary judgment. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
