Probation and Parole – parole — extraordinary circumstances

Cory Gilmore, pro se, appeals an order dismissing his petition for certiorari review. The issue is whether the circuit court properly dismissed the petition. We conclude that it did, and therefore affirm the order. This opinion will not be published.
